Are returns free ?
Returns are at your expense, you will find a return form attached to your purchase invoice inside your parcel.
What to do if an item does not fit?
Sometimes an item doesn't fit perfectly the first time. you can therefore exchange your item for another size. Simply note your exchange request on your invoice and attach it to your package. We will then send your exchange upon receipt of your return. Otherwise, you can request a refund of your payment.
How long do I have to return my item?
You can return the items to us within 14 days after reception of your parcel. We only send brand new items and want you to send brand new back to us. Be careful to not peel off or remove the labels from the clothes.

Managing returns is usually very quick and easy. Typically, you receive your refund within 1-2 business days after we reception your return. If you have to wait longer for your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us for a quick resolution of the problem.
